Non-Refundable Payments:
Due to the nature of the educational services we provide, we do not offer any refund or exchanges. All the payments made are considered final, irrespective of whether the services have been fully completed, partially completed or not commenced.
Acknowledgement of Terms:
By entering into a contract after making the payment for the products and services proposed, the client accepts the terms of this no-refund policy. It is the responsibility of the client to go through all the pros and cons of subscribing to our educational services.
Cancellation of Services:
Once the payment is made and services have been booked, the client will not be entitled to a cancellation. Any claims of refund and request for cancellation will not be entertained and therefore stand null and void.
Commitment to Scheduled Learning Sessions:
It is the client’s responsibility to make sure they are available for the session at the agreed time. If the client fails to attend the session in any circumstance, no refund or rescheduling option will be available. However, recorded clips of the session will be timely provided for the client’s reference.
Service Deliverables:
We are committed to providing the services as mentioned in the contract and in the best interest of the clients. In any case of difficulty or dissatisfaction with the services rendered, the client accepts to first engage in a discussion with the assigned representative. We will make our best efforts to solve the concerns.
