NASDAQ was down on Tuesday morning after testing the high level of 23808 in the last trading session as the Nasdaq Composite inched up 0.03%. This came as traders monitored President Trump's meeting with Ukrainian President Zelenskiy and European leaders. In corporate news, Intel Corp. was among the worst performers, falling 3.7% after reports that the Trump administration is considering a 10% stake in the chipmaker.
